General Community

Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community in SW Las Vegas designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

ARCA offers brand new studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in Las Vegas ranging between 707 and 1,320 square feet in size. Each home features a washer & dryer for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include large closets, designer finishes and open-concept floor plans.

Tours & Applications

Tours are available both in person and virtually.

Applications can be completed online or in person using certified funds.

Applicants must provide a government-issued ID. Income must be at least 2.75 times the base rent. Verification of income is completed using VOI, which requires linking a bank account or payroll system, or uploading a recent paystub.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required.

No. Affordable or income-restricted housing options are not offered.

No. Short-term rentals are not offered.

Additional Fees and Payments

Public transportation options include RTC Route 212, located approximately a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from the community at Buffalo and Badura.

Current Leases & Residency

Lease renewals can be completed by contacting the leasing office.

A 60-day notice is required before moving out.

Residents must provide notice, schedule a move-out inspection, and return keys to the leasing office.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

A 2-month notice and a lease break fee equal to 2 months’ rent are required.
